No, unless you have a rare “restricted” policy that requires you to use a specific repair facility.

7. I need a temporary vehicle while my car is under repair. What are my options?
We can reserve a rental car from Hertz or Enterprise for you. We can also arrange the pick up and return of your rental vehicle. Just ask!
8. My car has been determined a total loss. What do I do?
